Conditions of return

  • Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
  • Contact eco.babe organics within 7 days of receiving your order if you have any issues with your order.
  • Return your item(s) within 5 business days of approval from us via email
  • Sale and promotional items are final sale and are not refundable & exchangeable
  • Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense
  • We recommend that you return the product(s) via Registered Post and to obtain tracking for returns for proof of shipment as eco.babe organics is not responsible for lost parcels, theft or damaged goods during transit.
  • If you have received an item that is deemed faulty, please contact us.
